We ship CBD skincare products to addresses in the United States and to select international destinations. Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase.

Order processing

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing may be extended for high order volume, payment verification, or age verification checks.

Age verification

All orders are subject to age verification at checkout and/or at delivery. By placing an order you confirm you are 21+.

If age cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or canceled and refunded.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

Carriers: We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Carrier selection is based on service availability and destination.Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, service level, and destination. Free shipping offers, if any, will be noted on the site.

International shipping

We ship to select countries only. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

International transit times vary widely (typically 7–21+ business days) depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import restrictions, customs clearance, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Prohibited or restricted destinations

Some countries, states, or territories restrict or prohibit CBD products. If shipping to a prohibited destination is attempted, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or refusal, refund or reship options will be at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, recipients are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees. These are not included in shipping charges or product prices.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

Tracking & delivery

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Signature requirement at delivery may be used for age verification or at carrier discretion.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Report missing or misdelivered packages to us promptly for assistance.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please keep packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos.

For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Reshipment or refund decisions are made case-by-case.

Address changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request address changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible and may incur additional fees.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the product container is defective, we will refund or replace on a case-by-case basis.
