We don’t outsource, dilute, or bulk-buy pre-made bases. We build every formula from scratch.
Our standard is simple: if we wouldn’t use it on our own children, we won’t sell it.
Families deserve choices, not limitations.
Our story is a reminder that even in hardship, hope can grow and healing can be shared.

Our story started in 2020 with our “G & E.” When Eliana was just five weeks old, she was diagnosed with severe pulmonary hypertension and multiple congenital heart defects. What first seemed like simple colic quickly became a life-changing journey filled with tube feedings, daily appointments, and intensive therapy. During that time, I often felt torn between caring for her and giving Gracelyn the attention she deserved.
Creating With Purpose
Every product started as something we needed, safe for Eliana’s G-tube, soothing for her surgical scars, and gentle enough for little ones. Those early creations inspired more ideas, eventually growing into today’s collection of scrubs, shower steamers, shower gel, beard care, and home essentials. If we wouldn’t use it on our own children, it doesn’t go in our products.
We welcomed our first team member in September 2024 and upgraded our manufacturing space in August 2025. Every step has been fueled by the love, support, and belief from our community and the families who trust our products.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that actually delivers. Thank you, G&E Spa Essentials, you’ve got a forever fan!
Words can't express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to experience a product that actually works! Being older and having thyroid issues, my lashes and eyebrows were sparse and in some spots nonexistent. By following the easy instructions, the application of G&E Lash Serum is simple. Within a couple of weeks, to my amazement, I started noticing light baby hairs! By week 4, I finally had lashes, and my eyebrows are filling in nicely. Don't give up, give the product time and you will be amazed too!
I have been a user of eyelash serums for years and have tried many. G&E's new and improved formula is the real deal! The application is easy and precise, and the small brush lets you apply the serum exactly where you want it. The formula is comfortable and non-irritating, and my eyelids never feel inflamed. It’s effortless to make part of your daily routine.

Many users find that magnesium cream helps relax leg muscles and reduce symptoms of restless leg syndrome. It may be beneficial as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Generally, magnesium cream is considered safe for children and pregnant women when used as directed. However, it's best to consult a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or on young children.
Typically, 1-2 times daily application is recommended, but you really can’t “overdose” on topical magnesium like you can ingested magnesium.
Using magnesium topically has minimal side effects, but the major one is that it can make you itchy. This is NOT an allergic reaction, but instead it is your body saying that you are using too much, too soon. Layer another non-magnesium lotion/cream on top of it to dilute, or simply rinse off if it is unbearable.
Yes, using both is generally safe, but avoid excessive magnesium intake. Using magnesium topically will not affect the amount that you ingest.

Parabens are preservatives used to prevent microbial growth. They are considered harmful because they can mimic estrogen, potentially disrupting hormone balance and increasing cancer risk. We do not use preservatives with parabens.
They can cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, and have been linked to carcinogenic effects with long-term exposure. We do not use formaldehyde-releasing preservatives. Preservatives are a must in any formulation that uses water. Otherwise, your lotions, conditioners, and more can develop mold or bacteria that will spoil your product and could have health impacts for users.
Yes, many synthetic fragrances contain allergens that can cause skin irritation or allergic contact dermatitis, especially in sensitive individuals. We offer truly fragrance free options, or essential oil alternatives in some products as well. We have absolute 100% trust in our Fragrance Manufacturers that we are using the cleanest and purest form of fragrances available.
Optiphen Plus is our go-to preservative! It is both paraben and formaldehyde-free, and protects against mold, yeast, and bacteria.
Read labels carefully, avoiding products with chemical names like parabens and formaldehyde-releasers.. Choose products labeled "paraben-free".

Aluminum compounds temporarily block sweat glands, but they are suspected to mimic estrogen and may be linked to breast cancer and Alzheimer's disease. Evidence is inconclusive, but many prefer to avoid them. In addition, sweating is an important bodily function that we need in order to help regulate our nervous system, get rid of waste, and can help cleanse the pores.
Natural deodorants can be effective, but effectiveness depends on the person. You will sweat with a natural deodorant, and may have a detox period if you are going from an antiperisperant to natural deodorant. We include zinc ricinoleate and tea tree essential oil to help combat odor, arrowroot powder, zinc oxide, and diatomaceous earth to help with drying powder, cupuacu butter and hemp seed oil to keep your armpit skin healthy, and phthalate free fragrances to help you smell good!
Possibly, as parabens are endocrine disruptors. We only use paraben-free preservatives in our deodorant.
Absolutely–and ours is one of them! Not only is it paraben, phthalate, and aluminum free, but it also doesn’t have baking soda! Baking soda acts as an exfoliant, so it can cause rashes and irritation in people.
Prolonged exposure to certain chemicals in deodorants may be linked to hormonal imbalances, allergies, or other health issues, prompting many to choose safer, natural options.

Ingredients like oxybenzone (found in sunscreens), parabens, and phthalates are linked to hormone disruption.
While approved by regulatory agencies, some studies suggest oxybenzone may be an endocrine disruptor. Alternatives like mineral-based sunscreens are considered safer for daily use, but can also include questionable ingredients.
While we love the thought of it, we do not. Sunscreen is heavily regulated by the FDA, and can only be manufactured in certain manufacturing plants. We hope to cross that bridge someday, though!
It means the product does not contain added fragrances, but it may still contain undisclosed fragrance chemicals or masking agents. HOWEVER, if ours says unscented or fragrance free, then it truly is!
Yes, sulfate-free cleansers tend to be gentler and less drying, making them suitable for sensitive skin. HOWEVER, Sodium Coco Sulfate is a mild surfactant that is still a sulfate. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is the sulfate that has given sulfates a bad name.
Apply a small amount to a discreet skin area, like behind the ear or on the inner wrist, and wait 24-48 hours to check for any reaction before regular use.
